Then you give someone ure domain as listed when you do a /whois on yourself and it will u have them connect to /server blah1-1.usa.com 6667(or some local port u choose) then they do that and they will be on whatever server u wantet and if someone does a whois it will show up as your info and even a dns will give them your IP.
